Our founder, Brandi, is in the business of boxes! As a licensed NC Realtor, Brandi worked with a top luxury firm before opening her own brokerage in 2019. She has spent the last few years in real estate investment and remodeling, while starting a successful subscription box company. The joy of curating items and “gifting” boxes to subscribers led her to use her marketing talents in support of the real estate industry in the ancient question... “What should I give as a closing gift?”
