We use USPS or UPS-Either method will provide a tracking ID for you to follow the package along the route.
We typically ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Order 24 hours in advance of shipping day, to ensure it’s sent ASAP. Anticipate a five-day lead time for any engraved purchases. Need shipping delayed? No problem, just send us a note!

Items are considered marketing materials if they are ordered in bulk and labeled with your name and/or company info. Please verify with your accountant any deductions for your tax return.
Yes, and it’s so easy! We keep up with your client gift purchases so you don’t have too! Get an end of year report from us to give to your accountant. Your account creation also enables you to look up past orders to send home anniversary notes!
